Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations including leasing, marketing, resident relations, compliance (tax credit/LIHTC), accounting tasks, Yardi data entry, reporting, and onsite supervision in the manager's absence.

Oversee an FP&A analyst, improve FP&A processes and systems, assist implementation of planning/BI tools, and support analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and lease-up/stabilization performance.
