Develop and support Informatica ETL solutions (70% development, 30% support). Build error-handling frameworks with schedulers, configure PowerCenter Grid, use IDQ and MDM, tune performance, perform data profiling/cleansing, and write Unix scripts and Teradata/SQL queries.

Design and document Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, scope and manage work packages, implement or oversee integrations and advanced configuration, provide technical consultation, execute testing/validation, and produce supporting artifacts and documentation.

Lead business analysis for small-to-medium projects: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, cutover planning, configuration and regression testing of Agate Intelligrants core, and issue root-cause analysis for government projects.
