Provides administrative and customer service support for Human Resources, including orientations, job postings, applicant testing, pre-employment screenings, training programs, employee documentation, HR communications, and confidential employee assistance.

Supervise the IT Security Team; develop and implement security controls, services, and tools; monitor networks and investigate breaches; report security events; provide cybersecurity training; collaborate with IT leadership; be on-call 24/7 and support emergency management activities. CJIS background check required.

Supervise applications support and development teams, manage SDLC and project deadlines, evaluate user requirements, recommend and implement solutions, report status and resource forecasts, train and appraise staff, assist IT budget, oversee internally developed and some vendor applications, provide 24/7 on-call IT support, and participate in emergency management duties.

Supervise infrastructure, voice, and audio-visual teams; manage vendor relationships and SLAs; recommend and plan network and infrastructure solutions; implement infrastructure policies and disaster recovery procedures; provide 24/7 on-call IT support; participate in emergency management and special event support (including elections and Justice Center).

Supervise systems programming staff and contractors; manage development, installation, and maintenance of software and databases; coordinate projects, enforce QA standards, liaise with vendors and customers, assess staff skills and training needs, provide project reporting, and support emergency management and 24/7 system support.

Manage and monitor departmental IT budgets, track expenditures, review contracts for financial impact, develop budget models and dashboards, support audits and special financial projects, provide training on budget policies, and assist with emergency management financial duties.
