Manage medium machine installations, create electrical schematics and cabinet layouts, write PLC/HMI/robot/CNC programs, build panels, perform sizing calculations, integrate and commission machines, and train/support maintenance and automation technicians across Greenheck locations.

Provide advanced application engineering support for commercial HVAC products: assist sales and service teams with product selection, design special solutions and pricing, resolve field issues (including onsite visits), maintain industry codes knowledge, deliver trainings, support events, mentor team members, and manage moderately complex projects and documentation.

Lead quality assurance and QMS improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop policies, audits, inspection and testing plans; drive SPC-based monitoring, root cause investigations (8D, 5 Why), corrective actions, supplier quality, and cross-functional process improvements to boost product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to a business unit, driving workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, HR policy compliance, and process improvements. Advise leaders, support hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing environment, and champion HR programs to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Partner with managers to drive HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, training, compliance, and organizational development. Provide HR guidance, support program adoption, assist with recruitment and onboarding, lead employee meetings and trainings, and act as a change agent to help departments achieve goals.

Design and redesign commercial HVAC products, prepare bills of materials, oversee prototyping/testing and production release, coordinate with sales/marketing/manufacturing, evaluate materials/vendors, support certification (AMCA/UL), mentor team members, and improve documentation and manufacturability.

Lead and manage systems-related business process improvement projects across manufacturing units. Define current and future processes, translate requirements to system specifications, coordinate with Corporate IT and programmers, provide technical troubleshooting and training, develop dashboards and data pipelines, and embed AI/analytics tools to improve quote-to-cash and operational throughput. Mentor analysts and may supervise support staff while ensuring compliance, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare journal entries, lead balance sheet reconciliations, and produce GAAP financial reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital expenditure tracking, cash management, internal controls, and audit activities. Provide financial analysis and process improvements while partnering with corporate functions and mentoring new team members.
