Provide technical product support via email and phone, troubleshoot and root-cause customer issues, explain technical concepts clearly, recommend best practices, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex problems, manage multiple requests with high quality and responsiveness, and continuously learn new product features and technologies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing data and AI projects. Develop project plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
