Lead development and execution of mechanical services growth and operations across locations. Standardize service offerings, align with Fleet Maintenance and Sales, manage vendors and resources, set implementation timelines, monitor sales and gross profit goals, identify training needs, and travel to support store locations.

Provide front-counter sales support for tires and automotive services: handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; process transactions in CRM/POS; coordinate with service technicians; resolve customer issues; maintain product knowledge and a safe, organized work area.

Generate new business and manage relationships with fleets, dealerships, and commercial accounts through prospecting, site visits, proposals, and coordination with service teams. Use company tire-management software to track sales activities, monitor market trends, and meet sales and profitability targets.

Process and pay vendor invoices, set up vendor files in MaddenCo, voucher inventory purchases, handle employee expense reports, print/mail AP checks, and provide customer service and store support.
