Provides administrative and clerical support for volunteer programs, including application processing, onboarding, record maintenance, compliance tracking, training coordination, volunteer matching, event support, phone coverage, and communications. The role supports volunteers, staff, patients, families, and community members while maintaining organized, confidential records and a welcoming service environment.

Lead regional partnership growth by building referral relationships with hospitals, physician groups, senior living, payers; manage Provider Relations staff; analyze market trends and referral volume; collaborate with clinical, operations, intake, and marketing teams; represent Andwell at events and track performance in Salesforce to meet growth goals.

Lead talent acquisition and employee engagement across the organization. Manage a recruitment team, develop sourcing and recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles, monitor hiring metrics, support workforce planning and onboarding, run recruitment marketing and community partnerships, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
