Process and maintain deposit account operations including NSF items, stop payments, wires, ACH, returned items, and reconciliations. Respond to customer and employee inquiries, support debit card and dispute processing, remote deposit verification, and E-Corp system tasks. Ensure compliance with bank policies, maintain documentation for audits, and assist with overnight funds and reserve requirements.
