Provide on-site PC hardware break/fix support at multiple locations, focusing on Dell desktop installation, support and repairs. Must complete product training, pass drug/background screening, have reliable transportation, and hold A+ certification.

Develop and support Oracle Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects). Perform module configuration, customizations, SQL/PLSQL development, testing, documentation, training, and deployment for Accounting/Finance IT initiatives.

Perform functional and integration testing of programs supporting IRS tax processing in client/server and mainframe environments. Create test cases and data from documentation, execute tests, validate outputs against expected results, and report defects to developers. May require IRS-specific system knowledge and security eligibility.

Implement, maintain, and improve EnablOn-based EHS applications. Resolve integration errors, develop reports/queries, ensure security compliance, and work with SQL Server BI (SSAS/SSIS/SSRS).

Evaluate and audit analysts' work for compliance with client policies, complete QA audits, report daily error trends, identify policy gaps, calibrate with vendor and Google teams, and ensure documentation, escalation, and tracking to maintain contractual quality levels.

Lead a team of 10-15 PLM analysts delivering PLM services. Manage ticket-based workflows to meet SLAs and quality targets, define and automate KPIs, map and improve processes, perform root-cause analysis, conduct data analytics and reporting, and coordinate with engineering, PLM, and supply chain stakeholders while resolving escalations.
