Senior Project Manager to lead a City of Charlotte PeopleSoft upgrade and related projects. Requires 10+ years project management, PMP (or equivalent), PeopleSoft and HR experience, and experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (9.0->9.1 minimum; 9.1->9.2 preferred).
