Design and configure SAP MDG solutions for Material, Vendor, and Customer domains. Integrate SAP MDG with SAP ECC. Use SAP EIM (MDM, Information Steward). IBM eMDM or SAP PO experience is a plus. Must pass background and drug screening.

Perform Record-to-Report activities including preparing and posting journal entries, reviewing balance sheet and P&L for errors, ensuring SOX compliance, executing month/quarter-end close tasks (accruals, prepaid releases, bank postings), preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting ad hoc requests for senior finance managers.

Process and code automotive warranty claims, administer warranty policies and management systems, communicate with stakeholders, use computers and Excel, and work overtime as needed. Requires automotive services knowledge and 1-2 years relevant experience.

Perform order entry and supply tasks while supporting core accounting functions: billing, bookkeeping, monthly reporting, tax forms, and fiscal records. Use Excel and MS Office to create charts and reports, follow procedures closely, maintain accuracy, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

Perform large-scale hardware refresh: prepare and image ~12 systems/day, install OS and applications, configure devices, perform asset tracking, update ticketing, and pack/ship systems.

Analyze demand-supply and ASCP planned orders to plan raw material supply, build spreadsheet forecasting and inventory models, manage safety stock/reorder points, report metrics to stakeholders, and coordinate with operations to resolve escalations.

Perform procurement activities including price negotiation, purchase order creation, order tracking, dispute resolution, inventory and record keeping, data entry, and client communication. Maintain systems, produce correspondence, and escalate issues as needed.

Perform order-entry and basic supply-chain tasks: gather customer info, enter data into client systems, generate sales orders, respond to RFQs, price items per guidelines, and coordinate with Contract Administration and stakeholders.
