Lead Hadoop technical efforts for the Apple Music project, leveraging existing BI framework and platform components. Provide strong analytics and database expertise, guide implementation of BI metadata and frameworks, and ensure delivery of scalable data solutions. Must pass background and drug screening.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DBA teams and follow change/problem management processes.

Provide day-to-day on/offboarding, vendor credentialing, eClass and eTime (ADP) administration for field Sales and Service. Ensure credentialing compliance, accurate payroll submission, system integrity, training, and reporting. Coordinate with HR, IT, Legal, Contracts and vendors to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and support process harmonization and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage QA/SDET team to design test strategies, create automated test frameworks and scripts (Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, Java back-end), execute tests, track defects, and implement test engineering best practices. Train users as needed and ensure compliance with background/drug screening and US work-authorization requirements.

Enter and research data across systems and tracking tools. Identify, assess, and resolve standard and non-standard issues using process knowledge. Escalate tasks beyond scope. Must be local to San Antonio (78249) and able to pass background and drug screening.

Provide technical PeopleSoft HCM support: install, upgrade, patch, and maintain PeopleSoft HRMS. Develop, test, and document inbound/outbound Benefits interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), use PeopleCode, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Change Assistant, and Data Mover. Extract data for ACA reporting, troubleshoot, and work independently in Oracle/Linux or Oracle/Windows environments. Must pass background and drug screen.

Perform general accounting tasks including billing, bookkeeping, recordings, amortizations, monthly reporting, tax and fiscal forms, and basic client/internal support. Use Excel/MS Office to manage accounts payable and resolve routine accounting issues.

Design and develop products/product families and production procedures to optimize materials and personnel. Test finished products, recommend specification changes, support continuous improvement, mentor team members, and communicate project status across the organization. Work second shift at Clearwater Plant 3.

Provide full-time administrative support to a Product Manager and 5-person product team: manage calendars, travel bookings (domestic and international, visas/passports), conference rooms, onboarding/offboarding logistics, office supplies, mass communications, meeting coordination (including a 200-attendee update), catering, and monthly safety metrics. Serve as primary communicator for the product group and handle day-to-day team requests.
