Process and deliver client payroll services: validate time data, administer schedules, perform transactional payroll tasks and adjustments, manage payroll calendar, coordinate with vendors, support SOX audit requests, handle tax filing and special runs, and maintain high customer satisfaction and compliance.

Perform data entry and retrieval with accuracy; audit own entries; respond to information requests. Support record-to-report processes including financial consolidation, preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR maintenance, analyze monthly results, and prepare materials for senior leadership. Manage procurement transactions including price negotiations, purchase order creation, order tracking, and dispute resolution. Acquire goods/services, maintain inventory and records, update systems per process, maintain client relationships, respond to information requests, and escalate issues as appropriate. Requires administrative and customer service experience.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires: create job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, liaise with hiring partners, manage vendors, and report on sourcing and hiring metrics. Focus on stakeholder and candidate management in a technology or management consulting context, including virtual recruitment environments.

Serve as a business systems analyst for Oracle EBS Fixed Assets: perform impact analysis, gather and document requirements, write functional designs and test scripts, coordinate testing and knowledge transfer, troubleshoot with developers, and manage cross-functional issues.

Partner with planners, suppliers, and operations to analyze ASCP planned orders and demand-supply data, build spreadsheet forecasting and inventory models, manage safety stock/reorder parameters, report metrics to stakeholders, and resolve escalations.

Create and update work instructions using PowerPoint and CAD viewing tools. Collaborate with process/program engineers and operations to produce graphics and technical documents. Use eCharge for weekly time reporting. Works under immediate supervision; on-site shifts available. Duration up to two years; $25/hr; must be a U.S. citizen.

Maintain and support web services, Windows services, web applications, SQL databases and stored procedures. Certify environment upgrades, provide production support, and code/test fixes for production issues. Assist with project initiatives and collaborate with distributed teams; midrange/mainframe familiarity helpful.
