Provide end-to-end recruitment services: develop hiring strategies, screen and source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and start details, report to leadership, liaise with clients and PSL agencies, and perform market research on employment and salary trends.

Work with client accounting teams to document, map, assess, and reengineer finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, reporting). Identify gaps, define objectives and handoffs, add quality controls, and facilitate transitions to offshore shared services.

Provide day-to-day on/offboarding, vendor credentialing, eClass and eTime (ADP) administration for field Sales and Service. Ensure credentialing compliance, accurate payroll submission, system integrity, training, and reporting. Coordinate with HR, IT, Legal, Contracts and vendors to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and support process harmonization and continuous improvement.

Provide Tier 1 payroll issue resolution for Kraft Heinz: respond to customer inquiries via phone/written channels, troubleshoot processing issues, use MS Office (advanced Excel), assist with training and process improvements, and manage workload independently during required Central Time coverage.

Lead requirements gathering and design documentation, develop and maintain analytics code libraries and intelligent algorithms (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive), perform unit testing and code reviews, troubleshoot root causes, and create proof-of-concept solutions while providing project leadership within a small team.
