Manage issuance and processing of standby letters of credit and corporate guarantees, coordinate with banks and counsel, maintain in-house treasury system, train users, handle bank invoice payments, and ensure accurate recording and strong controls.

Perform functional and integration testing of programs supporting IRS tax processing in client/server and IBM mainframe environments. Build test cases and data from documentation, verify outputs, report defects, and coordinate with developers. May require IRS-specific system knowledge and background investigation.
