Process and match vendor invoices using three-way matching, resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams, reconcile supplier statements, improve accounts payable processes, and support special projects. The role requires accounting knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, manufacturing ERP experience, and at least five years of accounts payable experience.

Lead and oversee multiple NPI projects from proposal through delivery: manage budgets, schedules, technical oversight, customer interfaces and presentations, ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.
