Develop, edit, publish, and optimize university web content across Drupal and related digital channels. Manage homepage and newsroom updates, apply AEO, SEO, and GEO practices, conduct content audits and keyword research, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Coordinate content production with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain brand standards and update calendars, and support announcements, newsletters, social media, and email storytelling.

Leads Career Center marketing, branding, content creation, social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns. Plans and executes career fairs, recruiting events, workshops, tabling programs, and interviews, coordinating logistics with university departments and employers. Analyzes marketing and event performance, supports budgeting and pricing decisions, manages promotional materials, and recruits and supervises a marketing intern.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot campus network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, cabling). Manage VLANs/VRFs/firewall policies, IPAM, cable activations, inventory, and liaise with Network Engineering and service providers. Support network security tools and mentor student staff.

Lead and modernize multi-campus network and telecommunications infrastructure. Oversee architecture, security (ZTNA/SASE), SD-WAN, wired/wireless operations, UCaaS migrations, vendor/contracts, budgeting, disaster recovery, and staff management to deliver reliable, secure connectivity and telecommunications services across the university.
