Partner with business stakeholders to analyze CRM usage, gather and translate requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend Dynamics CRM configuration/customization. Collaborate with IT on implementation, testing, data integrity, training, and cross-functional CRM initiatives; present solutions to executives and support enterprise CRM adoption.

Provide Teradata architecture and end-to-end database development, including performance tuning. Manage customer expectations, lead project/program activities, and serve as the Teradata technical contact between IT and business stakeholders.

Provide SAP ABAP development and support with emphasis on FI/GL/FA: code reviews, troubleshooting, FRICEW delivery, performance tuning, archiving architecture and implementation (ADK/ArchiveLink/BW nearline), DaRT configuration, interfaces (IDocs/RFC/BAPI), data conversions, and cross-team liaison to deliver solutions and process improvements.

Lead PeopleSoft Finance architect to design solutions and integrations for AP, GL, AR, and Treasury. Define roadmap with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and lead onshore/offshore teams.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE enterprise web applications across presentation, business, and database tiers. Implement Spring- and Hibernate-based solutions, SOAP/REST web services, JMS integration, and Oracle/SQL backend coding. Build reporting with Jasper, write unit tests with JUnit, perform performance tuning, and work with stored procedures. JBPM experience is a plus.

Administer and support Tableau across its full lifecycle; design data architecture; work with BI/reporting tools (OBIEE, Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.); apply data interoperability and analytics; follow ITIL practices; champion BI with stakeholders; support financial services applications and data.
