Design, implement and lead cloud and virtualization solutions (public/private IaaS). Hands-on with VMware, OpenStack, cloud orchestration/automation, converged infrastructure, storage, data center operations, and Citrix virtualization. Provide technical leadership, crisis management, and high-quality customer service.

Lead Splunk administration: deploy and maintain forwarders across UNIX/Windows, apply upgrades/hotfixes, monitor license and system resources, troubleshoot servers/forwarders, automate maintenance with scripts, build dashboards, mentor users, and follow change-control procedures.

Lead Hyperion Planning and HFM functional activities: design reviews, master data management, testing, planning/forecasting schedules, developer facilitation, and ensure alignment with client EPM processes.

Lead technical delivery of Lombardi (Teamworks) workflow solutions, develop and implement workflows, integrate with WebSphere and Oracle 10g, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply independent judgment to solve problems and make business decisions.

Implement and support SAP MM and WM with cross-module integration, build interfaces to third-party applications, apply domain knowledge, and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills required.

Provide Unix/Linux application support: handle and prioritize tickets, assess impact, analyze monitoring alerts/incidents, perform bug fixes, and triage with stakeholders. Autosys experience is a plus. Requires at least one year of application support experience.
