Manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum: run daily scrums, track scope/schedule/quality/budget, obtain sign-offs, coordinate onsite/offshore teams, work with architects/SMEs, and mitigate risks.

Contract QA Tester responsible for Agile testing using Selenium for web and responsive applications, mobile testing on iOS and Android, developing test plans and cases, writing SQL queries, and documenting and presenting testing processes.

Architect and lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including design, implementation, customization, and integration with SharePoint. Provide advanced CRM 4.0/2011 development, workflow and JavaScript expertise, and guide projects with best-practice architectures and stakeholder communication.

Architect and implement MAPR/Hadoop-based big data solutions across industries; lead POCs, design technical architectures, mentor developers, support presales, and handle structured and unstructured data integrations.

Review and understand existing codebase and functional flows; develop and document mobile code; participate in code and architecture reviews; act as bridge between development and automation teams; implement UI, consume and test web services (REST/SOAP), and perform TDD, unit and integration testing.
