Design, build, and operate large-scale data center core networks (routing/switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS). Administer Linux systems, cloud infrastructure (OpenStack/AWS), automation, configuration management (Chef/Puppet), monitoring, and scripting for CI/CD and virtualization/QA.

Administer, design, build, and support Oracle WebLogic servers (stand-alone and clustered). Monitor performance, tune and troubleshoot WLS/J2EE apps, manage SSL, load balancers, and disaster recovery, write shell scripts, deploy applications, and collaborate with OS and other admin teams. Participate in on-call rotation.

Provide on-site Teamcenter application support and administration including break/fix, minor enhancements, issue investigation, deployments, monitoring scripts, TC ITK customization, and defining Teamcenter schema templates using BMIDE.

Install, configure, and support enterprise networking equipment including Cisco Nexus 5K/7K switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, and F5 load balancers. Provide 24x7 support as needed. CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.

Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases and MS Reporting Server datastores. Perform backups, consistency checks, upgrades, and monitor performance. Troubleshoot performance, capacity, and security issues. Build queries, stored procedures, views, triggers and support developers. Provide guidance on database changes and ensure availability and data integrity.

Design, deploy and maintain Splunk analytics and SIEM/SOC solutions across large enterprise environments. Develop ingestion, parsing (Grok/regex), and detection logic; script and automate tasks; perform Linux/Unix administration; collaborate with security, networking, and engineering teams; onboard data sources; and document security policies and best practices.

Lead and execute testing for Salesforce and web/mobile applications: create test plans/strategies, author and maintain test cases, run cross-browser, regression and UAT testing, coordinate offshore teams, report status, and implement Agile testing processes.

Design, develop, deploy, and package Appian BPM applications using SAIL and Appian APIs. Build frameworks, integrations (SOAP/REST/MuleSoft), and work with Java/JEE stacks, application servers, and relational databases, including Oracle PL/SQL.
