PeopleSoft Administrator/DBA responsible for PeopleSoft administration and database tasks. Requires technical and analytical skills, expertise with STAT tools, and strong knowledge of LDAP and SSL certificate management. Role demands good communication and leadership. Full-time permanent, onsite position restricted to GC, GC EAD, or US Citizens.

Perform migrations, firmware/software maintenance, performance tuning, VLDB and partitioning solutions, and implement Exadata-specific features and configurations. Work within established project processes and support high-availability architectures.

Design, develop, analyze and deploy large-scale, Java-centric enterprise applications as a Pega Developer. Work with Pega (CSA), J2EE (JSP/Servlets/EJB), Oracle/MS SQL, SOAP/Web Services, WebSphere, web technologies (JavaScript/CSS), and apply OOP and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall; Agile a plus).

Conduct user research using multiple methods; create interaction designs, prototypes, and visual/graphic solutions for web and mobile; perform usability testing and evaluations using industry usability and visual design principles and prototyping tools.

Lead PeopleSoft technical development and integration across modules (AP, AR, PO, OM, Inventory, Billing, GL, Assets). Design and develop using PeopleTools/PeopleCode, AE, SQR, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Crystal Reports; coordinate onsite/offshore teams and produce technical documentation and reports.

Lead Dynamics CRM technical implementations and architecture. Responsible for CRM customizations, entities, workflows, integrations, .NET stack (WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server), deployment, and mentoring. Requires strong CRM functional knowledge in sales, marketing automation, and service management and prior CRM tech lead experience.

Senior engineer responsible for design, administration, troubleshooting, and high-availability deployment of core Cisco IP telephony and contact center solutions (UCCE/ICM/CVP/CallManager), integrating IVR/CTI, SBCs, SIP, and voice gateways, and producing documentation and SOPs.

Develop and maintain Java-based web applications using JSP, Spring, and Hibernate. Implement and consume Web Services/SOA, work with XML and Oracle, document source-code understanding, and gather and document requirements. Serve as a technical lead and mentor.
