Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, meet compliance requirements, reduce operational risk, reconcile information, resolve inaccuracies, and support continuous process improvement. Manage loan settlements, payouts, maintenance, documentation, data entry, administration, customer support, and regulatory compliance. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, deadline management, strong computer skills, initiative, and effective collaboration with customers and colleagues. Banking or finance experience and knowledge of loan documentation, securities, and settlements are beneficial. This is a 12-month contract within Heartland’s Settlements team.
