Provides administrative support for the Indigo Living department, with primary responsibility for vendor contracts, bids, insurance certificates, pricing, and compliance tracking. Produces operational reports, maintains management documentation, coordinates purchasing and uniforms, supports employee engagement, reconciles invoices and receipts, assists with property acquisitions and dispositions, and tracks department initiatives. The role also handles communications, special projects, process improvements, and backup fleet program support.

Processes and codes accounts payable invoices across multiple systems, creates and maintains vendor records, issues high-volume check payments, resolves outstanding invoices, and provides payment information to business units. The role requires accurate transaction processing, strong attention to detail, effective communication, research skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Lead identification and pursuit of third-party construction opportunities in Des Moines and Omaha. Build client and industry relationships, manage pipelines, lead proposal and pursuit efforts, collaborate with preconstruction and operations, and drive regional growth through market research and strategic partnerships.
