Lead all financial operations for the nonprofit including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, grant and contract finance, compliance, audits, and cash management. Oversee a finance team, maintain QuickBooks and internal controls, produce financial analysis for CEO and Board, and support strategic planning and indirect cost rate development.

Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, vendor relationships, reconciliations, month-end close support, QuickBooks data entry, procurement, and reporting. Support audits, 1099 processing, internal controls, and process improvements.

Lead and execute comprehensive fundraising, donor stewardship, capital campaign, communications, and event strategies. Manage a development team, engage CEO and Board in major donor cultivation, write proposals, oversee marketing and messaging, and establish systems and budgets to meet fundraising targets and support organizational growth.
