Serve as the US HR business partner for manufacturing operations, delivering strategic and operational HR across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits, compliance, performance management, HRIS maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide coaching to managers, support investigations and terminations, and coordinate HR metrics and projects.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, inventory reconciliation, AR/AP oversight, cash position management, intercompany reconciliations, and support budgeting, tax, and audit processes for a manufacturing environment.
