Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles (VP and below) including sourcing, stakeholder management, PSL performance, referrals, internal mobility, ATS data entry, offer management, SLA compliance, and promoting direct recruitment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment as a consistent contact for hiring managers: run intake sessions, advise on sourcing strategy, source and shortlist candidates, manage interview and offer stages, maintain compliance with SLAs and systems, and provide consultative market insight and stakeholder partnership.
