Leads Urban Alliance’s finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, nonprofit compliance, grants, audits, internal controls, and monthly and annual closes. Provides strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and the Board, manages financial risk, ensures accurate fund and donor-restricted accounting, and leads, mentors, and develops the finance team. The role also oversees tax filings, including IRS Form 990, and supports long-term financial planning and organizational sustainability.

Lead Urban Alliance's Chicago region: grow employer and funder partnerships, secure revenue and grants, oversee program delivery and budgets, supervise and develop staff, represent the organization publicly, track pipelines in Salesforce, and advance racial equity in youth workforce development.
