Oversees financial management, reporting, and accounting for capital construction and renovation projects. Monitors budgets, maintains CIP accounts, capitalizes completed projects, reviews contractor payments, prepares financial reports and audit support, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and coordinates with Facilities, Procurement, and Finance.

Temporary full-time tenure-track Librarian to teach library orientations, support faculty and student research, and provide advanced information-technology-based instruction. Participate in campus committees, ongoing professional development, and occasional teaching demonstrations. Position requires a master’s in library/information science and involves student-centered teaching, service, and college-related responsibilities for the academic year.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Campus President and IT department: manage budgets, contracts, databases, property inventories, calendars, correspondence and reports; resolve routine and complex stakeholder issues; coordinate events and meetings; supervise and evaluate office staff; complete special projects and ensure timely processing of paperwork according to college policies.

Manage financial functions for grant awards and restricted funds: monitor and reconcile grant expenditures, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, prepare reimbursements, budget amendments, journal entries, and costing allocations; coordinate with payroll, principal investigators, and pre-award grants team. Use Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred.
