Provide exceptional customer service, conduct walk-arounds and test drives, negotiate pricing, assist with financing/leasing, maintain product knowledge and CRM records, meet sales quotas, and build long-term customer relationships.

Manage and train a pre-owned vehicle sales team, oversee inventory and appraisals, hit daily sales and follow-up metrics, set team goals, schedule staff, support store operations, and optimize vehicle turn and profitability.
