Designs, programs, and commissions electrical control systems for plant machinery. Duties include PLC/HMI/CNC programming, servo/inverter and motor control work, AutoCAD schematics, commissioning equipment on- and off-site, creating one-line diagrams, safety/arc-flash labeling, and supporting machine builds and construction.

Support finance, procurement, sales, marketing, and customer service tasks. Perform data analysis, maintain documentation, assist with vendor and CRM processes, attend meetings, and complete a capstone project presenting findings to leadership.

Support manufacturing and expansion projects by reviewing designs, BOMs, tooling and processes; prototype and test products; analyze costs, materials, and labor; recommend process improvements; coordinate cross-functional action items and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Lead product lifecycle in manufacturing from vision to launch: define strategy, gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate engineering, marketing, and sales, run user research, manage roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and present progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget product deliveries.

Perform month-end close tasks, prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, analyze costs and variances, support audits and tax filings, collaborate with production and IT to improve accounting processes, and produce ad hoc reports and recommendations for management.
