Manage daily collections and accounts receivable tasks: contact clients, review aging reports, process collections/adjustments, prepare monthly sales tax submissions and reconciliations, post cash receipts, prepare invoices, support AP, monitor accounting communications, and maintain confidential customer information.

Manage inbound and outbound sales within a defined account territory to grow wallet share. Qualify leads, handle full sales cycle from outreach to close, prepare proposals/quotes, update CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate pricing/terms, conduct market research, provide post-sales support, and report on sales activity to meet targets.

Drive local business development by promoting the company to designers, architects, contractors, developers and end-clients. Network, generate leads, present showroom tours, secure projects, and manage customer relationships and project progress. Maintain product and industry knowledge, use sales tools, and represent the company professionally.
