Manage mid-sized IT projects end-to-end: scope, plan, facilitate, manage risks/issues, finances, vendors, integrations, testing, training, change management, and lead internal and external teams to implement package solutions.

Analyze and optimize hotel telecommunications systems, provide 24x7 escalation and after-hours support, manage telecom vendors, and support provisioning and implementation of Avaya/Mitel phone systems. Lead project management for new hotel openings, system transitions and switch replacements, and ensure corporate telecom standards and global customer support.

Analyze profitability and financial performance, build and maintain reports and dashboards, partner with finance and business stakeholders to deliver insights, develop data models and metrics to support decision-making, and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Architect and lead deployment/production of Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHEL OSP). Provide deep OpenStack expertise, design and optimize cloud infrastructure. CEPH, Linux, and networking experience preferred. Remote position requiring heavy travel (80%).
