Administer and support FileNet content management; collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver consolidated solutions in a global delivery environment. Develop, implement, test, and document Big Data solutions using MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Spark, Kafka, and related tools. UI work with AngularJS/Bootstrap/jQuery is a plus.

Provide production support for Java/J2EE applications using Kafka and Zookeeper. Troubleshoot and maintain services built with Spring MVC/Boot, Vert.x, Solace, Hazelcast, RxJava, Hystrix, and DB2/Oracle in a DevOps/Agile environment. Communicate with stakeholders and resolve production incidents.

Support and optimize z/OS mainframe performance, lead migrations/upgrades, create requirement specifications, configure and deploy solutions, manage SMP/E/USERMODs and SYSRES volumes, administer storage/DFSMS/tape devices and catalogs, use WLM/RMF/SMF and performance tools (SAS/MXG, Omegamon, CA MICS), coordinate planning, and perform project management.

Architect and implement cloud solutions (primarily AWS) including cloud assessments, scalable application design, NoSQL and relational database architecture, big data (Hadoop), microservices/SOA, and hands-on prototypes/PoCs. Support modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD) and tooling.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across unit, integration, system, performance, and regression testing. Use QA management and automated testing tools (QTP), create test data/environments, document test results and metrics, track and reproduce defects with developers, and perform re-tests and regression testing.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency DevOps infrastructure for ad-tech products. Own 24/7 operations, optimize architecture, research new technologies, and support reliability, scalability, and security under heavy load.

Provide hands-on Level 3 network support for LAN and WAN environments, monitor and troubleshoot using tools like SolarWinds and NetFlow, prioritize urgent issues, and escalate appropriately. Certifications such as CCNP are a plus.

Lead external identity management efforts: design and implement identity and user access solutions, coordinate cross‑departmentally, mentor teams, and provide hands‑on work with OIM 11g, J2EE technologies, SiteMinder, Active Directory, Unix/Linux, VMware, and related integration and SDLC activities.
