Work with HR and Legal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into system specifications, support implementation, testing, training, and maintain process and system documentation.

Develop, configure, validate, and deploy .NET/WPF applications. Capture and document business requirements, update RTA/API frameworks, integrate messaging and web services, and work with databases. Participate in agile teams, client communication, project management, and travel to client sites.

Lead Technology Project Management for RV forecasting data and model integration; manage data/reporting deliverables for Dealer Credit Ops, Risk, and new Dealer Loan System. Coordinate multiple stakeholders, model budget scenarios, and drive project status and communication. May require relocation to Plano, TX for California-based candidates.

Develop and re-engineer web applications using Core Java, Spring, Hibernate and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Implement unit tests and TDD, handle browser compatibility migrations, lead code and design reviews, coordinate offshore teams, support multiple applications, and apply domain knowledge in financial markets.

Provide SAP Basis administration and support: capture and document requirements, perform feasibility/gap analysis, integration testing, configuration/deployment, and consult on solution validation. Coordinate projects and communicate with stakeholders to map and improve business processes.
