Develop and design HTML email newsletters, implement responsive front-end code, manage and load subscriber lists, maintain subscriber attributes, schedule campaigns in IBM SilverPop Engage, support automated programs, and perform basic SQL and Excel/Access data tasks to support email marketing.

Provide functional Oracle SCM/Distribution consulting across R12 and Oracle Cloud (ERP/Supply Chain). Capture and document requirements, configure and deploy solutions, support discrete manufacturing and distribution modules, manage complex programs and cross‑geography teams, and perform project planning and coordination in a consulting environment.

Provide advanced production support and troubleshooting for web services, OS (Windows/Linux), middleware, and databases. Respond to NOC escalations, perform root cause analysis, instruct datacenter smarthands, escalate to R&D, and work global shifts with offshore teams to quickly restore service and maintain automation/configuration management.

Maintain, support, and optimize RedHat/CentOS Linux systems and enterprise infrastructure. Provide application deployments, upgrades, virtualization and storage support, second-tier Service Desk escalation, disaster recovery, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Hyperion Planning and Essbase (BSO/ASO) applications. Build MaxL/MDX scripts, load rules, calc scripts, and partitions. Manage metadata via EPMA/Essbase Studio and LCM. Troubleshoot production and SmartView/data validation issues. ODI experience is a plus. Work in an on/off engagement model and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
