Facilitate stakeholders, translate business needs into functional/system requirements, define acceptance criteria, create and execute test scenarios, oversee outsourced providers, support production, and deliver end-user training. Work in Agile environments using tools like JIRA; collaborate with QA, vendors, and IT teams.

Lead SAP Ariba on-premise implementations: gather requirements, produce technical designs, manage schedules, oversee testing (ST/SIT/UAT), lead deployments, mentor consultants, perform RCA on defects, and coordinate project delivery across offshore/onsite teams.
