Build, maintain, and optimize production ETL pipelines using Matillion and SSIS; develop Snowflake data models; integrate data sources; monitor reliability and performance; ensure data quality, security, and governance; troubleshoot failures; document processes; and partner with analysts, architects, engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable datasets.

Coordinates People & Culture administration, including onboarding, separations, employee record maintenance, HRIS updates, employment verifications, communications, compliance documentation, audits, expenses, and new store opening support. Serves as the central intake point for employee and manager requests, ensuring accurate routing, tracking, documentation, and timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Administers People and Culture programs across the employee lifecycle, including benefits, leave, accommodations, unemployment, workers’ compensation, compliance, employee relations documentation, performance management, severance, and vendor coordination. Maintains confidential records, supports communications and process documentation, conducts exit interviews, analyzes trends, and improves employee experience while partnering with leadership on escalated matters.

Maintains fixed assets, lease accounting, general ledger entries, accruals, reconciliations, inventory accounting, treasury operations, and bank reconciliations. Supports month-end close, financial statement preparation, audits, tax and regulatory filings, and management reporting. The role requires accurate accounting records, analytical problem-solving, strong organization, and on-site work at the corporate office at least three days per week.

Design original artwork, patterns, graphics, and product concepts across apparel, home decor, gift, tabletop, accessories, and seasonal categories. Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color palettes, and trend presentations. Prepare production-ready artwork, collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing, manage multiple projects, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.

Greet and assist customers using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach; explain product features, suggest add‑ons, operate POS, process and merchandise product, maintain store cleanliness, participate in training, and perform tasks directed by management. May perform ear piercings after training at select locations.
