Validate backend data changes across ETL workflows, databases, and APIs. Design and execute test cases, verify data transformations and integrity, track defects, create test data/evidence, and collaborate with developers and data engineers to ensure backend changes meet business and technical requirements in an Agile environment.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines using Python and SQL. Build cloud data integrations with AWS Lambda, Glue, and S3. Apply database design best practices, produce technical documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot data quality and performance issues, test pipelines, review code, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. DoD/Air Force experience preferred.

Develop and deliver internal strategic communications for Air Force Research Laboratory leadership engagement, workforce communications, and organizational initiatives. Produce written and edited content, support executive communications, and align messaging with AFRL/DoD priorities.

Provide senior administrative support to a DoD research and readiness division: manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare briefings and executive documentation, maintain records/SharePoint, coordinate travel (DTS), perform receptionist duties, track personnel actions, manage office procedures and workflows, and lead/junior staff support for mission-critical program administration.

Manage and oversee AFRL research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) programs. Provide program management support, coordinate stakeholders, track schedules and budgets, and use PM tools for reporting and control. Ensure compliance with DoD requirements and maintain program documentation to support contract execution and delivery.
