Provide senior operational support coordinating organizational activities, managing resources, improving business processes, and supporting mission execution across multiple functional areas for a DoD contract at WPAFB.

Provide program management support for AFRL research, development, testing, and evaluation activities at WPAFB. Coordinate program tasks, reporting, and tooling to support DoD research programs. Use program tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, CCaR/PM apps). Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years program support experience, and Secret clearance.

Perform financial analysis, budget execution, funds management, forecasting, reporting, cost estimating, and earned value management to support AFRL programs and ensure effective use of government resources under DoD contracts.

Support AFRL acquisition activities including procurement planning, acquisition strategy, purchasing, contract administration, market research, and business operations for R&D programs while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.

Manage and oversee AFRL research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) programs. Provide program management support, coordinate stakeholders, track schedules and budgets, and use PM tools for reporting and control. Ensure compliance with DoD requirements and maintain program documentation to support contract execution and delivery.

Provide business and financial management support including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, CCaRS administration, financial tracking, and program execution for a DoD contract at WPAFB.
