Manage and execute AFNCR IS contract task orders at Joint Base Andrews. Act as PM point of contact, direct multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors, ensure deliverables, cost, schedule, QA, and budget objectives are met, research technical solutions, and provide backup PM support.

Design, develop, test, and maintain SCORM-compliant classroom, blended, and online courseware using ADDIE. Collaborate with SMEs, CDMs, multimedia teams, and stakeholders to create multimedia learning assets, perform QA, analyze evaluations, and support curriculum modernization for USAFSAM.

Design and build interactive dashboards and decision-support visualizations for Air Force public health and surveillance. Integrate and clean healthcare and operational datasets, apply analytical methods, ensure data governance and DoD information assurance compliance, present findings to leadership, and provide training and documentation.

Support USAFSAM by integrating and analyzing public health surveillance and clinical data, developing dashboards and decision-support tools, conducting epidemiologic analyses and outbreak investigations, preparing technical reports, training public health personnel, and ensuring compliance with DoD, HIPAA, and research governance.

Design, develop, evaluate, and manage multimedia instructional products using ADDIE. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to produce SCORM-compliant eLearning, simulations, VR/3D content, instructor and student materials, and assessments; upload and validate online courseware, analyze learner feedback, and support continuous improvement of USAFSAM training programs.

Provide advanced biostatistical and operations research support for USAFSAM/DAF studies: analyze military health datasets, develop and validate statistical models, manage and document analytical datasets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and communicate findings to Air Force stakeholders. Use SAS/SAS EG and other MS tools to support accession standards, waiver policy analysis, readiness, retention, and force health analytics.

Provide Tier 2/3 administration, sustainment, and emergency support for the Linx Predator Elite IDS and associated access control/video systems at Joint Base Andrews. Ensure cybersecurity compliance, maintain documentation, perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance, develop disaster recovery plans, and train technicians in classified, high-visibility environments.
