Responsibilities include scheduling sales calls, submitting orders, providing product information and training, analyzing territory and margin data, resolving customer issues, collecting receivables, coordinating delivery windows, monitoring market trends, and reporting sales activity.

Leads Texas regional sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, strategic account management, pricing, forecasting, and sales-team development. Oversees regional sales leaders and partners with Procurement, Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Human Resources to align customer service and business objectives. Builds executive customer relationships, identifies market opportunities, negotiates major contracts, monitors performance, and presents results to senior leadership. Frequent travel throughout Texas is required.

Create and monitor efficient delivery routes while considering traffic, service times, DOT restrictions, staffing, truck capacity, and customer delivery windows. Coordinate drivers, returns, pickups, and route improvements. Pull, assemble, verify, label, palletize, and securely load customer orders and transfers. Perform lift truck and battery checks as directed while maintaining accurate data entry and communication.

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails to process orders, check stock and delivery ETAs, follow up on leads, recommend products, meet sales targets, and build customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Supports HR onboarding and offboarding by coordinating orientations, collecting paperwork, entering employee data into Paycom or other HRIS platforms, arranging pre-employment testing, ordering equipment, and delivering required training. Partners with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, IT, and administration to ensure smooth employee transitions. Also coordinates employee appreciation events and responds to new-hire questions while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.

Prepare and consolidate financial statements, manage journal entries and reconciliations, perform monthly financial analysis, establish internal controls and standardized accounting procedures, coordinate audits and support M&A due diligence, lead internal audit functions, support ERP implementation, budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance.

Drive new account acquisition and manage existing restaurant, hotel, caterer, and retail clients. Place and troubleshoot orders, provide product training, gather market intelligence, submit reports, collect receivables, and support territory sales goals. Perform administrative tasks and participate in sales meetings.
