Supports corporate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, leave administration, employment compliance, I-9 audits, training coordination, and employee relations. Conducts resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, reference and background checks, career-fair participation, new-hire follow-ups, and benefits communication. Advises employees and managers on HR policies, FMLA, ADA, FLSA classification, performance concerns, and general HR questions while assisting the HR Manager with daily operations.
