Lead API management engagements, develop architecture guidelines, implement API policies, and perform hands-on development on API management platforms (Axway, Apigee, Layer 7). Work with SOAP/REST services using XML/JSON and secure channels with OAuth2/basic authentication. Create IP, white papers, and client-facing materials.

Administer and maintain Hyland OnBase platform: monitor, test, troubleshoot, log incidents, collaborate with development and operations for resolution, support disaster recovery, ensure architecture and SDLC compliance, and communicate root causes to stakeholders.

Develop and architect search solutions using IBM Watson Explorer. Work with XML/XSLT, Oracle SQL, Linux, and performance tuning. Evaluate large data sets, understand complex applications, and collaborate across time zones. NLP/ML, PHP, and Ansible experience are nice-to-haves.
