Manage industrial refrigeration projects from planning and engineering coordination through installation, commissioning, closeout, and customer turnover. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors, and field teams, reviewing technical documentation, resolving project issues, controlling costs, enforcing safety and compliance, and communicating with customers. Projects involve ammonia, CO2, and other industrial refrigeration systems across customer and construction sites.

Leads business operations by developing strategies, managing budgets and KPIs, optimizing processes, establishing SOPs, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and improving operational performance. The role leads department managers and cross-functional teams, supports hiring and development, analyzes operational data, and reports results to executive leadership.

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations for service, construction, and parts sales across the Northwest. Own P&L, implement KPIs and operational strategies, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, mentor teams, drive process improvements, and report performance to senior management.

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing industrial refrigeration opportunities. Build pipelines, develop proposals, manage key accounts, collaborate with engineering and service teams, represent IRPROS at events, and maintain CRM reporting to meet sales targets.
