Handle inbound/outbound leads via phone, text, and email to set showroom appointments, follow up on unsold leads, log interactions in DriveCentric CRM, meet KPIs, and collaborate with sales consultants while maintaining Toyota product knowledge.

Assist customers by explaining vehicle features, coordinating test drives, answering questions, and collaborating with sales and finance teams. Maintain product knowledge, use CRM tools, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. Paid training provided.

Serve as the primary bilingual (Spanish/English) BDC contact, handling inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails to qualify leads, set showroom appointments, log interactions in DriveCentric, follow up on unsold leads, meet appointment targets, and collaborate with sales to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
