Create user stories, backlogs, release plans, and acceptance criteria; assess feasibility and design system enhancements; support multiple applications and ensure SDLC, SOX compliance, and stakeholder communication. Use MS Project/Office and basic SQL.

Lead and mentor a web development team building features and site improvements in a LEMP stack. Develop front-end interfaces (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), perform database development and SQL optimization, integrate systems via JSON/XML/PHP web services, and apply website optimization, secure coding, and SEO best practices.

Develop, test, and implement custom Sage 300/CRM solutions. Write custom SQL, perform data import/export via Sage tools or SSIS, build reports with Crystal Reports and Sage Intelligence, implement CRM workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders while working independently.
