Drives new B2B business and profitable revenue growth across the Northeast. Responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, networking, pipeline management in Salesforce, account expansion, relationship building, national account development, and meeting revenue and margin targets. The manager partners with regional operations to ensure service quality, resolve customer issues, build referral networks, and develop a sustainable book of business across multiple markets.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, and GAAP reporting. Support audits, maintain internal controls, research technical accounting matters, and drive process improvements. The role partners with FP&A and operational leaders, reviews staff accountant work, mentors team members, and supports CFO-directed projects, with potential advancement to Accounting Manager.
