Design, analyze, and support aerospace flight structures with emphasis on advanced composite components. Support daily supply chain operations by maintaining the Approved Supplier List, onboarding vendors, tracking supplier certifications (AS9100/ISO9001, NADCAP, CMMC/CUI), reporting certification risks, assessing supply-base risks, and supporting contingency and risk-mitigation plans to ensure compliant, reliable supplier performance.

Lead design, development, testing, and production of mission-critical electronic systems for space/defense. Integrate electrical/mechanical systems, drive requirements and architecture, perform test/verification, support manufacturing and QA, manage suppliers, author test documentation, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with customers.

Support design, testing, and deployment of aerospace and defense mechanical systems across the product lifecycle. Contribute to conceptual design, prototype development, test planning and execution, data collection and analysis, report generation, and proposal activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply engineering tools (SolidWorks, GD&T), and use data acquisition and instrumentation to validate prototypes and meet customer requirements.

Lead mechanical system development and testing across aerospace/defense programs: design, prototype, verification testing, test planning/execution, data collection/reporting, customer and proposal support, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring on-time, on-budget technical delivery.

Provide program financial analysis and control for DoD-related space and defense programs using EVMS. Maintain WBS and charge numbers, update program tools, analyze variances and EACs, support baseline and recovery planning, prepare financial inputs and narratives for reviews, forecast revenue/budgets, report risks/opportunities, and oversee a Financial Analyst.
