Lead cybersecurity, compliance, and resilience across a multi-site aerospace/defense environment. Drive CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI readiness; manage identity, vulnerability, incident response, SOX ITGC support, business continuity, and security governance. Build and lead the cybersecurity, compliance & resilience team and coordinate cross-functional certification and audit activities.

Manage customer interactions, project planning, resource forecasting, progress tracking, and documentation of system requirements and contract deliverables. Support proposal development and business growth.

Lead HR partner for multi-site aerospace and defense manufacturing sites. Provide strategic and operational HR leadership, supervise a team of site HRBPs, drive workforce planning, talent processes, employee relations, compliance with California and government contracting rules, and support integrations, onboarding, and HR operational consistency across sites.

Manage cradle-to-grave administration of government and DoD contracts: review, negotiate, and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts; ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and other compliance; maintain contract files; interact with government contracting officers, primes, suppliers, and internal teams; monitor performance, mitigate risk, and support cost/pricing reviews.

Lead manufacturing engineering for producibility, process development, and production transitions. Create fixtures, tools, work instructions, and BOMs; validate processes, support production planning, troubleshoot fabrication/assembly issues, and support prototype builds.

Lead accounting and financial management for an aerospace/defense manufacturer, ensuring GAAP reporting, SOX and government contract (CAS, FAR/DFARS) compliance, DCAA audit readiness, budgeting/forecasting, cash/treasury management, internal controls, ERP oversight, and cross-functional financial support for strategic initiatives and acquisition integration.

Analyze and validate revenue contracts and sales orders for ASC 606 compliance, manage month-end revenue close and deferred revenue, prepare revenue reports, support audits and SOX, collaborate with contracts and operations, assist AR/collections, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
