Lead electrical design, development, testing, and production of aerospace/defense hardware. Produce circuit analysis and drawings, perform simulations (PSpice/LTSpice), lead prototyping and qualification testing, design PCBs (Altium), mentor junior engineers, support proposals, and ensure compliance with military specs, EMI/ESD, and manufacturing requirements.
